Who we look for

To secure our industry leading reputation, we want to make sure we’ve got the right people to help us. Naturally, you’ll have the basic skills, knowledge and commitment to meet the challenges we set ourselves.

For graduate roles in Tax and business services, you will need a minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths, 300 UCAS points in your top three A-levels (excluding General Studies) and a strong second class degree in any discipline.

For graduate roles in Investment management, you will need a minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths, 320 UCAS points in your top three A-levels (excluding General Studies) and an upper second class degree in any discipline.

For our summer internship programme in Tax and business services, you will need a minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths, 300 UCAS points in your top three A-levels (excluding General Studies) and a strong second class degree in any discipline.

You will also have strong team working and communication skills and a real interest in the business world.
