The recruitment process
For graduate roles in Tax and business services and our internship programme
Stage 1 - the application form
We know you may have filled in a number of application forms, but it really is worth spending a significant amount of time and effort on each application form as it is your introduction to us and our only way of knowing whether to progress you to the next stage of the process. So, don’t just give us uniform answers - make yours one to remember.
Stage 2 - the online verbal reasoning tests
Stage 3 - the online numerical reasoning test
Stage 4 - the assessment centre
If you're still in the running, we'll invite you to an assessment centre where the day will be split into two parts:
- Another round of verbal and numerical reasoning tests and lunch with some of our current trainees
- Candidates that are successful in part 1 will continue to complete the day with a group and written exercise
Stage 5 - the competency based interview
If you’re successful following our assessment centre, we’ll invite you to a competency based, face-to-face interview with a Manager from the office and department you have applied to.
Stage 6 - the final stage interview
The last input we have in the process is the second interview with one or two senior members from the office and department you have applied to. It's your last chance to sell yourself, so relax, be confident and don't hold back.
